Qiagen凱杰981103 Strip Tubes and Caps 0.1ml

操作步驟：應(yīng)用QIAGEN Plasmid Kits純化過(guò)程中，通過(guò)離心取出細(xì)菌裂解液。然后將澄清的裂解液裝入陰離子交換柱，在適當(dāng)?shù)牡望}濃度和pH值條件下，陰離子交換柱會(huì)選擇性地結(jié)合質(zhì)粒DNA。RNA、蛋白質(zhì)、代謝物和其他小分子雜質(zhì)通過(guò)中鹽濃度洗滌去除，應(yīng)用高鹽濃度緩沖夜洗脫超純的質(zhì)粒DNA（見(jiàn)流程圖"Comparison of QIAGEN Plasmid Kit Procedures"）。通過(guò)異丙醇沉淀濃縮并脫鹽DNA，離心法收集DNA。
